Refunds & Velo+

Velo Coins

Coin packs are digital content delivered right away. At checkout you agree to immediate delivery and lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once the coins are on your account.
Something went wrong - you paid but no coins arrived, or you were charged twice? Write to davidseibert20@gmail.com with your Minecraft name and the Tebex transaction ID, and we'll sort it out.
If a payment is refunded or charged back, the coins from it are removed again.

Items bought with coins can't be exchanged back for coins. Try them on your own skin in 3D first - in the launcher, in game or here on the website.
Items stay yours, even if they later leave the Store.

Monthly, cancel any time. Velo+ renews every 30 days until you cancel. Cancel through the link in your Tebex receipt email, or write to us - it ends at the end of the period you've paid for.
What happens when it ends: the Addons stop working and the + badge and VIP role are removed. Coins you've received and items you've bought stay yours.
Refunds: because Velo+ starts immediately (and the month's coins are credited right away), started periods aren't refunded, unless the law requires it. If something on our side kept you from using Velo+, contact us - we'll make it right.
